I’m nearly finished producing the 11th track of my Instrumental mix tape
‘The Spark To The Flame’,

got 8 tracks left to do… I know this seems like a lot but to be fair it’s not… 

Whilst marching through my own mix tapes production i’m also working closely with a handful of upcoming artists to help develop their mix tapes. (I’m producing the bad boy beats)

I’m also working with my events team to deliver the biggest an the best ‘I AM DV8’ ever!!

Hi Guys, 

Just a quick update:

Earlier this week I spoke to a very good friend of mine called Danny,

(Artist name - Elemental) and between us we decided that the music scene needs a change… 

So, we brought together our unique styles of production (thats my role) and rap (thats Elementals role) to clash the rap genre of Hip Hop with the unique production of Grime & Dubstep, this is going to be a tough journey for the both of us as we have such different styles and will have to find a way to gel these together in the most explosive way possible.

I’ll keep you up to date with our progress and soon i’ll have my Youtube channel and Twitter fully set up so as soon as I do i’ll drop the links to them on here.

During my half term break I received a phone call from my Event Management tutor Fusion, He told me that there was an opportunity to get involved with the Urban Classics Event.

(Thursday 5 July 2012, 6pm-10pm

Waltham Forest Town Hall Complex, Forest Road,Walthamstow E17 4JF 

Urban Classic will feature UK Urban stars along with the BBC Symphony Orchestra)

I have been informed that there is a possibility I could get some Artist Liaison work on the day.

I am so excited at the prospect of being amongst the stars of the UK urban scene - 

I can’t wait to find out for definite.

Yesterday DV8 had a meeting with Barclay Card, ChoiceFM & Global Media Charity to pitch an idea for a London wide project that aims to provide a platform for more young people to gain an insight into the creative industries.

The DV8 team was led by Fusion and Ian. MIP students Abbie, Matthew, Emmanuel and Ryan were asked along to share their stories regarding their time before joining DV8 and where their lives have gone since joining DV8.

Fusion, MIPs lead tutor finished putting the final touches to his amazing presentation at around 6am that very morning… meaning NO sleep… only to find out that the tech would let him down in the meeting, But as the professional he is, took command and pitched the idea the good old fashioned way, with a paper presentation. 

After sitting in a room that had floor to ceiling glass windows on the 30th floor for over an hour, the meeting came to a close… By 4pm Fusion had received confirmation of DV8s victory.

We’ve done it, It’s official… I AM DV8 will be taking over Stratford Circus once again, but this time we mean the ENTIRE BUILDING!!!

We’re having showcases from our very own MAP group, open mic sessions will be taking place, photo & digital art workshops will be happening, the’ll be a walk in cinema where the work from our very own We Are Fusion TV can be viewed and much much more.

The evening event will comprise of some AMAZING up coming talent from across London, and who knows… we may just have a couple of special guests rolling through.

Our Production meeting took place on Wednesday 16th May 2012 and was attended by Fusion, Emmanuel & myself Ryan and from Stratford Circus’s team we had Events & FOH Manager Gary Wilson & Production Services Manager Stuart Howitt, we also had from Genesis Security, Matthew, who is overseeing the overall security of the day and night.

Ryan Turley - SparkyRProductionz - CEO Bloodbrother Music™ - Eastside Stories (I AM DV8)

Although theres not much evidence at this time (due to copyright problems), Bloodbrother Music™  are currently working on their instrumental mix tape and will be hoping to drop it in a couple of months (June- July).
The mix tape artwork is in the making and is going to look FLY!! :D

Modestep are a live dubstep/electronic rock band from London that formed in 2010. Their debut single “Feel Good” was released in the United Kingdom on 7 February 2011 as part of a three-tracked extended play, featuring a remix and a soulstep track entitled “Bite The Hand”.

Now were getting ready to hear the rest of what they have been working on, and personally… I cant wait!

Bloodbrother Music™ is a production company set up by Connor B and Ryan T.

They are unique in their own right coming with the newest sound in the game.

Currently working on a number of different projects with industry professionals and bringing up and coming UK talent with them, they aim to burst into the music scene and change everything up.
They strive to bring nothing but positivity to the game as it seems to be a pretty dark time for music lately.
